At TURTLEBOX, we stand behind the rugged durability of our audio gear and offer a 60-day window for returns or exchanges if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase. Items must be returned in their original packaging and in like-new condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select your reason for return.

  Print Your Shipping Label

  Once approved, we will email you a prepaid UPS shipping label and a packing slip to include inside your return box.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your TURTLEBOX speaker in its original protective foam and box, attach the prepaid label, and drop it off at any authorized UPS location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the device for functionality and condition, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
